Aviva Stadium
Opened 2010 on the site of Lansdowne Road in Dublin
Overview
The Aviva Stadium replaced the historic Lansdowne Road, used for rugby since the 1870s, and is shared by the Republic of Ireland football team and the Irish rugby team. Its curved transparent roof dips at the north end to protect light for neighboring homes. It hosted the Europa League finals of 2011 and 2024.
