Overview

Built as the Ali Sami Yen Arena, honoring the club founder, it became Rams Park through successive sponsorship deals. Galatasaray had waited five decades for a modern home of its own. About 52,000 fill it for European nights, flares and noise in equal measure. The Asian and European shores of Istanbul now boast matching fortresses.
