Overview

The 2,874 inflated ETFE panels light red, white and blue across the Munich skyline, the first stadium with a full color changing skin. It opened the 2006 World Cup and hosted the 2012 Champions League final, when Chelsea beat Bayern on penalties at home. Bayern share no matches now, but 1860 Munich were original tenants. Capacity is about 75,000.
