Overview

The Holte End, once a vast terrace and now a huge single tier stand, made this one of the great English ends. Villa hosted their first match here in 1897, the year the club won the league and cup double. The ground has staged more FA Cup semi finals than any other, plus Euro 96 and Champions League occasions. Plans long exist to expand and reshape the Trinity Road stand.
