Overview

Built for the 1936 Olympics, where Jesse Owens won four golds in front of the Nazi regime, its limestone bowl survived war and renovation. Every German cup final since 1985 has been played here. It staged the 2006 World Cup final and the 2015 Champions League final. Hertha BSC play league football beneath the Marathon gate.
